RETURN POLICY
At HESSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 14-day return and/or exchange policy from the date you received your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at support@hesseofficial.com to obtain one before sending your item back. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

- Free Returns: We offer free returns within the United Kingdom. Please email support@hesseofficial.com to receive a prepaid returns label.

International Returns
- Shipping Costs: For returns outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties. HESSE is not responsible for international return shipping fees or duty reimbursement.
- Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
- Customs: For EU and international returns, clearly mark the package and commercial invoice as “Returned Goods” to prevent delays at Customs.
Refund Processing
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If your return meets our standards, we will issue a refund.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, standard shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Additional Policies
Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send as much information and photos as possible to support@hesseofficial.com, including your name and order number for reference. Once reviewed, we will assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items in new condition with all tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please email support@hesseofficial.com with details of your requested exchange. Exchanges may take up to 7 days to process after receiving your returned item.
Discounted & Final Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount of more than 50% are eligible for exchange but cannot be returned for a refund. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In-store Purchases
For items purchased in our London store, we offer exchanges or a 6-month credit note if returned within 14 days with a valid receipt. Sale items purchased in-store are not eligible for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
